Most of my life I practised various different sports. For the past few years I have focused in general movement patterns and Yoga.
I have always enjoying moving my body wheatear it was climbing a tree as child, dancing as a teenager or just simply walking or running as a adult.
I'm not a yoga guru and if you are looking for traditional yoga teacher I'm definitely not the right teacher for you.
I combine yoga with general body movement to gain flexibility and strength. I love meditation and breathing exercises.
My classes are fun and very informal tailored to my students need.
