Lauren Lane is a yoga teacher based in London. Lauren offers Vinyasa and Hatha yoga classes, guided pranayama and meditation.

Lauren's life was transformed by Yoga, Ayurveda and a holistic lifestyle. Lauren is grateful to pass  on what knowledge she has gained in hopes that it will benefit others.

In 2021 Lauren co-founded WYKD ( Westway Yoga Kolektiv Dāna ) - a non-profit yoga company providing access to free yoga classes to the Ladbroke grove community. 

WYKD provides a free, safe space for the community in which people can slow down, reduce stress, develop confidence and improve their health and wellbeing and create new strong and positive connections. www.wykd.uk @wykd_ldn
