Elizian Days is about finding balance in a happy, healthy and positive way that is right for you. Using yoga to find calm in a hectic world, get moving and support strength of body and mind.
I initially completed 300 hours of yoga teacher training with Sally Parkes Yoga, providing a focus on Hatha and aligned Vinyassa yoga. To deepen my knowledge of Traditional Yoga, I continue to study with Claire Missingham and am also a graduate of Claire's 200 hour Foundation Training programme. With a special interest in managing stress and anxiety, as well as trauma recovery, I qualified in Trauma Informed Restorative Yoga with Emma Cole, as well as studying Restorative Yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater, who pioneered this style.
Also, qualified as a Certified Hypnotherapist, I am very happy to work on a one to one basis with individuals looking for a personalised yoga practice that is tailored to their needs and wishes.
