I started my Yoga journey more than 20 years ago when I accidentally stumbled into a yoga class at my gym, and immediately became addicted. I never stopped practicing since then and like to try different styles, expand my horizons and always explore the body’s full range of motion with curiosity and an open mind.
I recently completed my 300-hour Teacher Training with leading Vinyasa Flow teacher, Alessandra Pecorella, at Aditya Yoga School in London where I studied Vinyasa Flow influenced by the teachings of Shiva Rea and the Prana Flow system.
In class, I focus in connecting the fluidity of the movement with the fullness of breath and in deepening the connection between body and mind. My teaching style is energetic, playful with a whole lot of love and precision. I enjoy teaching all levels and I always integrate spirituality, philosophy and mindfulness to give my students the chance to really come back to self and flow in total awareness.
