A well-traveled Yoga practitioner with over 20 years across an array of Yoga Studio’s, Ashrams, Vedantic Centre and Gyms. Understanding the importance of developing your own practice and knowledge of yoga has attended a regular variety of workshops, retreats, and training days.
Inspired to share and enjoy the yoga journey with a focus on breath, mind, body, and soul. Welcomed the opportunity to enjoy a variety of classes from Anusara, Ashtanga, Broga, Hatha, Dynamic Hatha, Hot Yoga, Iyengar, Restorative, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin.

Mindfully connecting with the breath, listening to the body, focusing on becoming present, warming up the body by awakening the spine, core, muscles, and internal organs.
Energising, empowering, and cleansing the breath, mind, and body through targeted postures throughout the class offering variety of alternatives as required.
Delivering a challenging class on many levels, creating an opportunity for greater self-awareness and openness through deliberate movement, stretch, tension, release, and relaxation.
