Tal’s passion for health, wellbeing, and kickass workouts led her to embrace Power Vinyasa Yoga over a decade ago when she started practicing and then completed her initial teacher training.
She has stayed with this practice both as a student and a teacher, because she sees yoga as a powerful platform that helps enable positive transformation and healing. Since becoming a teacher over a decade ago, Tal has gone on to teach numerous classes, workshops, and teacher trainings, and above all encourages her students to love and appreciate themselves, so that they can hopefully shine a little brighter and share more of this important practice out in the world.
