Sheila has been practising Yoga for over 20 years and specialises in teaching Yoga for Sport and to Athletes.
She currently teaches at Everton FC, Bury FC and Salford City FC and delivers Yoga-based mobility sessions. These help players move better and cope with the physical and mental demands of training and competing throughout the season. Sheila has also developed guided mindfulness programmes to help players relax and recover in mind and body.
Sheila believes Yoga can boost athletic performance with gains in mobility and stability and mental focus. She treats every player as an individual and encourages them to develop greater physical and mental awareness.

I am passionate about teaching mindfulness, so students can experience a deep sense of wellbeing and a develop a more positive outlook on life".
