I am a retired physiotherapist and I now specialize in soft tissue therapy and body management. I am a foam roller and purestretch instructor and yoga has been my personal passion and I wanted to share the benefits of yoga with others.
I have completed the 'Teaching yoga in sport and to athletes' with Sarah Ramsden and now teach Sports yoga to fitness clients and athletes. I am extremely fortunate to be working with a British triathlon coach, personal trainer and other physios to cover a range of assessment and rehab needs of fitness and sports clients.
Sports yoga fills the gap between anatomical and scientific background with yoga philosophy and asanas to provide a strong focused workout using breath.
I teach weekly classes but also can assess individual client's flexibility and stability and do 1:1 bespoke sessions or small groups for specific sports ( swimming, running, cycling, etc).
