Hi I’m Georgia and I graduated my 200 hour Hot/Hatha yoga teacher training with Sweat Studios in Milton Keynes in January 2021. I grew up in Australia and moved to the UK in 2014. Growing up I studied dance at a performing arts high school and then moved onto studying dance at college in Sydney. I have taught ballet, contemporary and jazz classes and performed as an entertainer. Key elements of dance such as core strength, flexibility, balance and control correlate perfectly to yoga making it a natural transition to change disciplines. I have always had a passion for movement and an interest in mind and body connection, nutrition, health and exercise. I believe we need to focus on all these elements to provide a wholistic approach to well-being, focusing on not only the external body but also ones internal peace to ensure health and happiness.
