Yoga has been part of my life since i was a young teenager. I remember going to my local library and taking out Light on Yoga by B.K.S Iyengar. It changed my life which i've only just realised.
The love of yoga grew when i started teaching my children. i found myself enjoying the experience of passing on what i have learnt over the years. I was the trying point to me to doing a professional Yoga teachers training course.
Luckily I found a course local to me, Krishna Yoga.
