My love of yoga blossomed after discovering yoga therapy. Yoga helped me form a relationship with my body I hadn't realised was lacking before. I was hooked!
Since then I've undertaken trainings in hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, and yin.
Further, I am also a person centred counsellor, and this informs how I practice and teach, by creating a non judgmental safe space in which my students may explore and form a connection with their bodies, too.
It is my dream and my goal to become a yoga therapist.
