Hello, I'm Hannah. I started practicing yoga about 15 years ago after an active lifestyle lead me to various aches and pains, I found myself walking into a class at my local gym and never looked back. I couldn't believe how amazing yoga made me feel! I met Tara Stiles in 2015 and I instantly warmed to her. I loved her approach and style of yoga and how it gave me the freedom to explore my own body and mind. I fell in love with Strala Yoga and completed my 200hr ready to lead training in February 2016. I guide regular classes in Nottingham.
