Sabine was first introduced to yoga 20 years ago. What started off as a way to increase mobility, strength and to manage stress levels, developed into an ongoing journey of self-discovery. Having enjoyed practicing different styles of yoga by many great teachers, Sabine embarked on training as a yoga teacher to deepen her own practice. She completed her Spiralling Crow 250 hour Vinyasa Teacher Training at YogaVenue in 2020.
Sabine feels passionate about making a positive difference to people’s wellbeing, physically and mentally, through sharing her love of yoga. Her aim is to teach with warmth, compassion and joy. Sharing the benefits a regular yoga practice brings, on and off the matt. Encouraging students to tap into their innate body wisdom, letting go of a chatty mind and surrender to the magic of yoga. Exploring it as a moving meditation and observing what unfolds.
