Hi My name is Tracy and I am a mum of three children along with my beloved pets, a boxer dog, 2 cats and a rabbit.
My husband and I have practised yoga since our early 20s and my passion keeps growing!
At “My Ashram Yoga” studio I will teach you Asanas (body postures), Pranayama ( control of vital energy through breath control) and Meditative techniques to reduce stress and build self- confidence.
My Hatha yoga classes are based around the traditional 84 asanas. They aim to bring balance in the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of ourselves. Everyone is welcome to join and I provide adjustments and modifications for all levels.
My Pregnancy Yoga classes aim to relieve any tension in achy muscles, especially the lower back, pelvis, shoulders and neck. The classes will help to increase your stamina ready for birth and motherhood whilst building your self confidence in your own ability to birth your baby.
My Postnatal yoga classes will strengthen your core muscles and help to realign your body after vaginal, caesarean, forceps or long induction births. They are a wonderful opportunity to bond with your baby through sound, vibration and touch in a relaxed, calm and supportive environment.
All of my classes aim to provide you with a sense of community where you can make friends and feel supported.
I have completed my 200 hour teacher training through Christine Felix Yoga Teacher Training at Akram Yoga Studios and also 85 hours additional training with Sally Parkes Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training.
