Overview

Yoga for me is about presence, acceptance, gratitude and the power of your own thoughts. Life is happening now and the invitation to arrive in the present moment is there for us to receive in every breath. It is also about feeling great, having fun, being healthy and trying to stay fit.

I started practicing yoga about 5years ago. I tried lots of different sports activities, and could not find anything that was suitable for me, or would make me to want to come back every day. Constant lower back pain and a thriving for inner peace and balance brought me to yoga. I must admit it that I didn’t like it at first. I tried a Bikram class, I felt dizzy, sick and unwell. But there was a strange feeling inside of me (I was feeling much more relaxed and happy). I think that’s what brought me back to the studio and I fell in love with Yoga. I then started looking forward to learning more, and trying different types of yoga, and eventually experience a different way of living.

I believe Yoga practice has the power to change our outlook on life. It can create a sense of happiness deep within. Through asana and breath you can create a positive mind and positive energy around you and others.

Regular yoga practice can become a powerful, life-changing tool helping to change your life for the better. It makes your mind and body stronger, helps you to love yourself as you are, and believe in your own power.

I aim to live with kindness, awareness and mindfulness.

I love living a quieter and healthier life. I hope that my enthusiasm and love for yoga can help others to be happier, healthier and stronger.
