My name is Carla and I am a Child Yoga teacher. I believe children benefit from having a regular yoga practice. I not only teach children the physical side of yoga but some of the philosophy. I teach them to be in the moment whilst in their practice, to fully experience what they are feeling in their body and the mind. I also bring in Mindfulness through Savasana. Helping children to understand they can change their thoughts, that being positive in life is much more better than allowing negativity in.
I am also trained in Adult Mindfulness. I am able to design a bespoke programme on a one to one basis. I am also able to provide a programme in a group setting.
And if the body is needing some TLC, I am also trained in Thai Yoga Massage. A two hour massage which takes place on a futon. It is a fully clothed massage, working on a person's energy lines.
