After practising yoga for many years and teaching a totally different subject for over 10 years, I decided to undertake my yoga teacher training. Yoga is a passion of mine and has benefited my life in numerous ways. I wanted to share this ancient science with others to share the joy and growth yoga has provided me with.
My classes are generally dynamic Vinyasa flow yoga, working with the movement-breath connection and incorporating the ancient teachings and spirituality aspects of yoga practice, working not only to improve strength and flexibility in the body, but bring calmness and clarity to the mind.
