I have been practicing yoga for 15years and completed my 200 hour Teaching Diploma in May 2016 at Krishna Yoga under Asha Khagram.
I was taught mainly in the vinyasa style but prefer to teach the Sivananda style of Hatha yoga.
I believe yoga has profound benefits not only on a physical level but also on a mental and spiritual level and regular practice gradually affects our understanding of and leads to a greater acceptance of oneself and others and through this we find greater contentment.
