Warrior Club Yoga is a unique brand of Yoga that builds strength, energy and a positive attitude. It is based on the tradition of Hatha Yoga and draws much from the specific Sivananda style of Yoga from India but also the Daoist tradition of Yin yoga. There is no beginners, intermediate or advanced as all classes are accessible for everyone. It a programme that has been tailored for veterans and serving military but there are no prerequisites to join the class.
