Initially an ashtanga vinyasa fan, I have grown to enjoy a softer more mellow practice. I enjoy being creative and mixing the two. I particularly love hot yoga and attend Present Health studios in Tunbridge Wells regularly,
I trained with the FreestyleYoga Project which opened a new world for me. Mark Freeth and Anna Robertshaw-Free were inspiring teachers.
I graduated as a dynamic and movement yoga instructor in October 2017.
