As a dental professional I fully understand how various aspects of dentistry can impact our body, and my mission is to help prevent and reduce these impacts. The dental profession work force needs to be functioning at an optimal level free from pain and discomfort.
Through Smile Revolution Yoga I hope the dental profession can incorporate yoga and movement into their day to best serve their bodies, and be mindful of their position throughout their day, to reduce the impact the occupation can have on their bodies.
