Having taught Yin & Vinyasa Yoga in Prague and Malta over 10 years, I recently returned to UK where my style of Yin/ Yang Yoga has developed into a more personalised and therapeutic approach to asanas. It is my belief that a Yoga practice should be balancing, healing and stabilising.
It had long been a desire of mine to offer specialised one-to-one Yoga sessions: after discovering Kate Ellis's one-to-one Embodied Relational Therapy Trainings at TriYoga in London, I enrolled in this course upon my return to the UK in 2015 and shortly after began offering one-to-ones. These in-depth sessions allow constant feedback, focusing on particular issues and therefore have had positive results and have proved very rewarding for me as a teacher.
Since March 2020 I offer classes online at meloyogastudio.com alongside 4 other experienced reputable teachers from various worldwide locations, offering a range of classes and styles. I teach wheel yoga (since Jan 2020) and yin/yang yoga.
We also offer prenatal, Budokon, vinyasa and children friendly gentle vinyasa classes, alongside 1:1s.
