I have always seemed to turn to yoga at times of my life when I’ve needed something. Like when I was pregnant, where I feel it helped me sail through pregnancy a little easier. When my mum died it was a godsend, helping me to deal with emotions. After a long term injury to my knee which needed multiple operations, it really helped me to keep sane and get my full range of motion back.
I want to share my passion about what yoga and breath work can do for the mind as well as the body.
