I started my yoga journey in 2019 with Yogi Ashokananda.  Here i completed the 200 hour Himalayan Hatha Yoga Teacher Training course.  Yoga has so many benefits for everyday life.

    Definitely recommend Kerry's classes!! I've been attending her classes for a few years now. She is calm and confident and has a lovely teaching manner varying the class content weekly in a imaginative way. Most enjoyable!!

    Kerry has a great combination of qualities for a yoga teacher. She is passionate about yoga; diligently disciplined in an effortless manner; presents the class in a cheerful & inclusive way; keeps it simple & effective, letting the Asanas do the work... good fun too.
