    I have very arthritic joints with limited mobility in some of them and worried about exercise until I joined Sarah's yoga class. I can see and feel the benefit every week and yoga is fantastic for improving balance. The classes are so inclusive, non competitive and of such benefit. I can't recommend Sarah highly enough.
