Hello, I'm Lowri and I love yoga! I started my journey with yoga in 2003 and have enjoyed every step along the way. Over the years I have practiced lots of different styles of yoga, including: hatha, ashtanga, kundalini, nidra, yin, restorative, forrest and iyengar. I am not loyal to any one lineage or style of yoga, but incorporate a lot of what I have enjoyed through my learning to date in my classes. I am a big fan of using the breath to calm and centre the mind and enjoy exploring the 5 senses throughout my practice.
