My name is Sally and I am a qualified children's and toddler yoga teacher. I have also trained in Mindfulness, Movement, Meditation and Relaxation. I carried out my training with Yogakidz Worldwide. I have a BA Honors degree in Early Childhood Studies and I am first aid trained.

I am hugely passionate about children's health and well-being. I aim to provide children with the tools to be able to grow into confident, compassionate and resilient adults through yoga and stories. 

In today's fast paced world children are constantly bombarded with social media, leaving them with little time and space to just be. I would like to help children create a safe space where they can bring their bodies and minds back to the present moment and hopefully find some peace and calm for themselves
