Yoga begins with learning to find yourself within your body. I hope to inspire people to begin this journey and create time and space in their busy lives to enjoy all the benefits that yoga brings with both Mind and Body. I am especially interested in Anatomy and Physiology and am keen to bring this into my practice and make Yoga available to those who play sport enabling them to open their body to a deeper level and find their mind in the process. Sporting injuries are also an area I wish to study further and again aid the rehabilitation process through Yoga.
Recently Completed 40 Hr Menopause Yoga with Petra Coveney. A fascinating subject, Learnt so much about how the female body works. Currently running a weekly class on this subject to share the knowledge to all women no matter what stage of the Menopause Journey. Classes include breathing, postures and restorative poses as well as practical advice regarding biology, nutrition and long term health care.
