I completed my 200hr Yoga teacher training at Frog Lotus International in Southern Spain on the 1/11/2019. for many years I have had a passion for Yoga, its teachings and the physical practice. Since completing my teacher training I have been eagerly teaching whenever possible, I offer private classes as well as renting a studio space two days a week.
