Overview

I have been practising yoga for over 20 years and love the benefits it brings to my life. I also love sharing these benefits and experience with others through my yoga classes.  

Yoga is a wonderful form of exercise, be it gentle flow yoga or hot power yoga, but it is also so much more than that.   It allows us to take some time out from our busy lives.  To re-connect with our bodies and to remember what's important in our lives.  It's a wonderful stress reliever and gives us the opportunity to enjoy some "me-time" on our mats. 

Everyone can do yoga - whatever their age or fitness level and I love seeing this realisation in the people that I teach.

My classes suit complete beginners and those who have dabbled with yoga and want to take their practice further. My aim is to bring some peace and relaxation into your lives through controlled movements, mindfulness and breath awareness.
