I am a Part time Yoga teacher and specialise with a one on one practice, this suits my clients who do not wish to practise in a class or group and prefer the individual attention. I am very hands on in my teaching and like the client to feel supported in their yoga practise.
By combining the science of Ayurveda with Yoga I am able to tailor make a class to suit the individual person's body type.
I completed my teacher training with ayurvedic Doctor, 'Dr Deepa Apte' at Ayurveda pura in Greenwich.
I frequent an ayurvedic retreat in Kerela, India, where I continue to learn about the science of Ayurveda and further my own practise with Yoga.
