I began practicing to stretch out after the gym. I soon realised that the physical benefits were just a tiny part of the magic of yoga. I loved how calm it made me and how it helped in all aspects of my life. Before becoming a teacher I would tell everyone I met about this wonderful practice and how it could help them. It seemed the clear choice for me to become a yoga teacher and share this practice with people. 

Yoga Oasis is a small, friendly yoga space in Wylde Green. We pride ourselves on creating a safe and relaxed atmosphere for everyone to practice yoga, from beginners to experienced yogis. 

We offer a range of yoga, including Hatha, restorative, beginners, flow classes and relaxation.

We welcome all and believe yoga is for everybody, we can all benefit from this beautiful practice.
