I completed my training with Stretch Body Mind and love the fitness side of yoga more so than the spiritual side. However, I am learning all the time and bringing in new techniques to make myself and participants feel grounded and relaxed. I love how yoga has the power to pause your whole week and give you time for yourself and a chance to put everything into perspective. I like my classes to feel like a good workout and I draw experience from my degree in Sport and Exercise Science and years of dancing and playing sport to make classes a fun challenge for participants.
