I like to teach a dynamic vinyasa flow, open to one and all.

I was first introduced to yoga in 2004 and within a year I was on a 5 month jaunt around India. Visiting many ashrams and meditation retreats en route.

Sampling my first experience of a TTC at the Sivananda ashram in the hills of Kerala.

I've returned to India many times since and received further training at Sampoorna yoga in Goa gaining my 200 and 300 hr TTC's.

I now teach every eve and Saturday morning at a few studios in the Tamworth area. And have been teaching the West Brom football team twice weekly for the past year.

I intend to keep on attending further TTC's and am booked up for a long weekend for a Yin Yoga TTC this coming Spring of 2017.

I have a daily meditation practice and also try and incorporate this into my teaching life when appropriate.

Further travels to the East and S. America are planned, as I love to travel and experience all the flavours life has to offer.
