Kirsty runs her own brand agency Skin Insight as supports indie skincare brands on their brand journey.
Being introduced to yoga from a young age by her mother, Kirsty decided to make wellness and wellbeing a priority. Having practised for many years she recently completed her 300 Hr Yoga Teacher Training with Katy Appleton of appleyoga.
