I have practised yoga for many years, exploring different styles, including Iyengar, Ashtanga, Forrest and Yin. To further immerse myself and deepen my own understanding, I decided to train to teach and I have recently graduated from the Sandstone Teacher Training Academy. I am currently setting up my own online classes, where my focus is on using yoga to relieve the physical strains of our often sedentary, desk based work lives and to bring a little peace and stillness to our busy minds.
