My name is Nina, I am a qualified yoga instructor specialising in traditional Hatha yoga. I did my training online with Sandstone academy during the pandemic, which was a brilliant focus for me, and enabled me to benefit from, what felt like direct and personalised training. I learnt online with a brilliant academy and teacher, and practised teaching my fellow trainees online during the course. 

 I really enjoy walking, dancing, spending time with loved ones and of course yoga and it is so exciting for me that I can help people find ease in their mind and body through yoga. 

I want to spread the love of yoga to others, helping them to centre their mind and bodies by participating in my classes.
