I have been practicing yoga for 7 years now and undertook my 330hr YTT with Flow tunbridge Wells where I graduated in December 2020
My teaching is very movement based, really wanting to help people understand and listen to their bodies , to enable them to take yoga off the mat and integrate it into their everyday lives , lets get playful and learn about the importance of movement and an embodied practice .
