I began my path into yoga more than 20 years ago. I very quickly got the bug. However my career at that time made attending regular classes seem impossible. I had a very active busy management job. Yoga foundations helped me juggle all the different challenges in life and work. So over the years I have dipped in and out of different classes, teachers and teaching styles. I joined FYP when they opened 5 years ago. As soon as I was able to study consistently  my practice changed immeasurably. I was invited to study with Mark Freeth teacher training. I have enjoyed every moment and intend to progress to the advanced TT. At the moment my focus is to encourage everyone to learn how to relax their body and their mind first.
