I completed my 85 hours pregnancy yoga teacher training in April 2021. I was inspired to train in something I have loved participating in throughout my adult life. Whilst being pregnant and giving birth at the beginning of the pandemic I found yoga to be relaxing, supportive and restorative as well as helping me have a positive birth.
I decided to undertake my training in pregnancy yoga to support others through their pregnancy and post-natal journey.
I am interested in supporting all women through this special time in their lives whilst offering relaxation, peace and love in class.
