Yoga is a personal passion of mine, I started my own Yoga journey over 15 years ago and that brought me after a few years to a Foundation course to deepen my own practice and then to my 200 hour teacher training course and qualification with Inner Healing. I am currently now continuing my learning journey with advanced teacher training and Yoga with Therapy. The style of my classes is a really quite traditional Hatha style - completely suitable for all levels. The classes flow through sequences of Asanas (postures) working with the mind, body, breath and spirit. I love to bring traditional Pranayama practices (breath extension) and Mudras (energy seals) into my classes - making these ancient practices easily accessible and relevant to the modern world. Although my classes are relatively gentle in pace - there are plenty of challenges and fun too.
