I am a passionate and experienced yoga teacher, who believes in the power of yoga to both soothe and strengthen your mind and body. I had the privilege to complete my yoga teacher training with appleyoga in 2013 and have enjoyed teaching group, private, corporate and pre & postnatal yoga classes since. My classes are rooted in the principles of vinyasa yoga - using the connection of breath and movement to align the body to a space of optimum being. Classes are taught from my peaceful private studio and gardens. I believe that we are each unique and yoga has the joyous ability to adapt to the individual to support your own unique yoga journey to a stronger and more supple place.
