a yoga lifestyle is for every day
a little bit of breath work , a little bit of asana - every day
theres no yoga without yama & niyama
it doesn't matter what type of yoga you practice, its all the same
either gentle or not so gentle
some people are flexible & not strong , some strong & not very flexible
my classes will get you both - with a very important attention to posture & breathe - as it was always taught.
expect to sweat , expect to be challenged, expect to sit in padmasana & perhaps switch between 5 different headstands.
anything could happen ?
Ill usually play music & talk a lot
it doesn't matter what level you are at, its a life long practice & you will realise that your time on the mat only reflects what will happen in your life outside.
