Sunflowers Children's Yoga Therapy C.I.C was created to support children whose adult/relative is or has been treated for Cancer. We offer a 7 week course offering Psychoeducation around the generic cancer treatments and the impact they may have on the patient and their family. This is coupled with Yoga Therapy to help children process and release any feelings. We also offer monthly "community get together" sessions to support the children and our vision for theese support sessions is to build a supportive community.  This course is offered to individuals, should the Cancer Patient wish their diagnosis to remain confidential, these sessions are fully funded.

As a Yoga therapist I also offer individual  privately funded yoga therapy sessions for children with a wide range of Mental Health difficulties including Depression, Anxiety and Stress. I have been a children's therapist for the past 13 years, working in the NHS and bring a wealth of therapeutic experience to my role.
