I have started Iyengar Yoga in 1999 however I transitioned into Power Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Hatha Yoga.
Alingement, by understanding each posture, and Flow, by gaining strength, are the key points of practice.
At first I was drawn to Yoga simply because of it's physical aspect. But quickly I noticed how controlling your body gives control over your mind and emotions.
I am a great admirer of Japanese culture, fan of searching for details, appreciator of everything what's different and follower of Alan Watts philosophy.
