I fully qualified as a Yoga teacher in Rishikesh, India, in May 2013. The style of Yoga that I teach is Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.
I am also qualified to teach antenatal and postnatal yoga and yoga for toddlers.
In 2016 I also qualified as a Sport Massage Therapist.
Teaching yoga is something that I love and brings me great joy and happiness.
