My name is Emer Enright and I qualified as a yoga teacher in May 2018 from the well renowned and respected Alphazone School of Yoga in Waterford under the amazing guidance and instruction of Michael Connolly and his team of teachers.

I have been practising yoga on and off over the past 15 years but in recent times have became more interested in developing my personal practice and delving in to the many physical and psychological benefits this type of exercise has to offer everyone regardless of age and capabilities.

I'm looking forward to offering a variety of classes from dynamic Vinyasa Flow to gentle yet powerful Hatha yoga and a guys only class also. In addition I offer meditation, mindfulness and restorative classes along with workshops.
