Hello, my name is Eva; please allow me to share with you some petals
of my yoga journey.
I found yoga or yoga found me in my twenties. For me yoga meant
always something more spiritual than physical; especially because I’ve
been constantly seeking; How can I find my true self, how can I find
Bliss? How can I be happy and centred, free from physical ache and
emotional pain such as fear, negative mental patterns and
attachments? The list was never-ending and the journey may be life-
long, however transformation is possible. I have decided to slowly
change many of my former habits upon recognising they did not serve
me anymore. Since discovering yoga in 2006, I have personally
experienced the transformative effects of the practice as a whole and was inspired and encouraged
to follow the yogic path.
Yoga training
I was classically trained and studied with respected teachers such as Ganga Devi of the Himalayan
Yoga Institute, Guru Dharam Singh, Livtar Kaur, Benjahmin Ji and Darryl O'Keeffe of I-SKY in the UK. I am a qualified Hatha and Kundalini Yoga Instructor at RYT 200 level. My teaching diploma is
registered and accredited by Yoga Alliance UK.
Yoga experience
I have been practicing various forms of yoga for over a decade with a focus on Kundalini Yoga for the past 5 years. I have also had the privilege of attending workshops both in Hungary and the UK.
I currently teach Hatha and Kundalini yoga classes in Bristol. I also assist in fundraising for charities and as a volunteer I offer donation based yoga classes for the spiritual Community Hub at UWE
Bristol and participate in their events, social activities that involve yoga and meditation.
Yoga made me become more aware of who I am. Through my spiritual practice I am able to connect
and tune in with my Self. Feel, heal and transform this is my ethos. I'm committed to personal
growth and conscious, compassionate living, and I believe the more I know and experiment the
richer I’ll become and the more I can share with others.
My aim with teaching is to awaken the interest for yoga and meditation and offer it for the benefit
of all. I’d like to share this healing and transformative technology with others and encourage people to find their true themselves through movement and spiritual practice so they can live with
conscious awareness. I always challenge people to help them find their strength of their spirit and
the courage to listen to their heart. I believe Self-Realization is essential; we need to be awakened
now.
