I have been practising yoga for over ten years and qualified as a yoga teacher in 2014. I currently teach adults and teenagers. I am also qualified to teach yoga to children and have taught primary school children in after school clubs.
I am passionate about helping people to live healthy lifestyles and sharing the benefits of yoga is a complete joy. I teach mixed ability Hatha classes with a focus on beginners and those returning to yoga after a break.
