Hello, my name is Niamh, I set up the 'Peaceful Roots Yoga' blog during my 200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with Lynda from Skyblue Yoga School. I have been practicing yoga from a young age, and have always found it to be incredibly helpful when it comes to maintaining my overall wellbeing. For me, yoga provides not only a huge array of physical and mental benefits, but also a deeper understanding of the relationship between the mind, body, and soul... I have started teaching beginner's yoga classes on Zoom, with the aim to provide a space where people can find peace and tranquillity within, as well as healing to the mind, the heart, the body, and the spirit, in our busy modern world.
